The ingredients in WILD DUCK & TURKEY were developed in collaboration with veterinarians to match the natural diet of wolves and the findings of holistic dog nutrition. Wolfsblut dry food is therefore unique.
Potatoes: Potatoes provide complex carbohydrates and fiber, are low in fat, and contain 15 different vitamins, minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorus, as well as high levels of potassium, vitamins B and C.
Elderberries: In addition to anthocyanins, these black-blue berries are high in vitamin C and folic acid. The pigment sambucyanin is also thought to have anti-inflammatory properties.
Aronia berries: Aronia contains large amounts of phytochemicals that are thought to have special health benefits, such as flavonoids and phenolic acid.
Dandelion: Dandelion is rich in minerals such as magnesium, folate, manganese, and vitamin K, which plays an important role in blood clotting.
Flaxseed: The fiber and mucilage in these small grains help with digestion and are high in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Jerusalem Artichoke: High in inulin, a prebiotic that stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut. A healthy gut flora has a positive effect on the immune system.
Ginseng: Used as a medicinal plant in the Asian region. The reason for this is the high nutrient content of the plant, which is rich in amino acids, vitamins, copper, iron and calcium.
