Article 2 - For what purposes do we use your personal data?
2.1 General purposes:
Food4Pets will exclusively use your Personal Data for:
- Category 1: The care and improvement of our Website and the inclusion of Personal Data in anonymous statistics, with the legal basis being your explicit, prior consent at your first visit to our Website;
- Category 2 and 3: Responding to questions and requests for information, with the legal basis being the execution of a service you have requested;
- Category 2, 3, and 4: Direct marketing, newsletters, actions, and promotions by Food4Pets itself, with the legal basis being our legitimate interest in relation to existing customers or your explicit, prior consent if you are not yet a customer of Food4Pets. You can indicate at any time that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters via the opt-out option in our newsletters or by contacting us directly by mail or phone;
- Category 5: The delivery and invoicing of products or services you ordered, with the legal basis being the execution of an agreement you have requested and for which the processing of your Personal Data is necessary, or because the law requires it, or because Food4Pets has a legitimate interest in doing so.

- Invoice data: we must keep your invoice data for legal reasons for at least 7 years from the calendar year following the last invoice date;
