We offer free delivery for all orders over 65 euros to the Netherlands or within Belgium. Under 65 euros you pay 5 euros shipping costs.

Would you like us to ship your order to a country other than Belgium or the Netherlands? Depending on the country and weight of your parcel, the exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Once you place your order online, our team shoots into action immediately to get them to your favorite four-legged friend's food bowl as quickly as possible.

  • We ship to your desired address, no need for you to jump in your car.
  • Everyone has their own preference for a transport company, so we like to give you the choice. We do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • We only charge a small fee per order, the actual costs are much higher and we are happy to cover them.

Depending on the weight of your order and the country we need to send your package to, you can choose from two carriers. So you can choose the one you have good experiences with and trust the most. We work with bpost, postnl and DPD.

No, this is unfortunately not possible. Our warehouse workers work in a large warehouse and do all day what they are so good at: gathering, packing and shipping online orders as quickly as possible. This is 100% their focus, they are the best warehousemen we could want, but their duties do not include giving nutritional or shopping advice.

You certainly can! At your home address, at work, at the neighbors, family or your best friend's house. As long as it's not in the doghouse ;-)

This depends very much on the transport company:

  • bpost: in case of absence, the parcel deliverer will leave a message and you can pick up your parcel in the nearest post office.
  • postnl: in case of absence, the parcel deliverer will try to deliver your package to your neighbors. If this fails, your package will be taken to a collection point of postnl. You can follow this with the track & trace code you receive from us as soon as your package is sent and received by postnl.
  • DPD: in your absence, DPD will take your package to a DPD collection point, where you can pick up your package when it suits you.

We know that our packages are often very full and heavy, so always try to make sure that someone is at home at the given address to avoid problems and extra costs.

Please note, your order will not be offered a second time. If we receive a package back because it was not picked up on time at the pickup point, a 7.50 euro return fee will be deducted from the refund.

We deliver in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain,... If your country is not selectable at checkout, send us an email at info@food4pets.be and we'll be happy to make it right for you.

Our warehouse staff packs and ships all orders placed on weekdays until 4 p.m. the same day.

  • DPD and bpost deliver the next day, specifically Monday through Friday.
  • postnl also delivers next day and this from Monday to Saturday.

However, we are not responsible for delays or problems within the environments of the transport companies. In case of problems we will always do our utmost to find the right solutions for all parties. Late delivery does not entitle you to any commercial compensation.

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or did something else go wrong? First of all, we apologize for this inconvenience. We would like to solve it for you as soon as possible: please contact us and let us know what went wrong. In case of damage, we would like to receive photos showing the damage.

Mistakes are human, but we like to solve them as quickly as possible. If something went wrong through our fault, we will of course provide a free solution.

  • If you notice this shortly after you place your order, please contact us by phone or contact us via WhatsApp.
  • Unfortunately, once the processing is in full swing, it is almost impossible to stop your package from arriving.

So be sure to check your address details carefully and avoid having to send your package a second time and charge a second transport fee.

We process our orders immediately after they are placed. Do you have a specific delivery day in mind? Then order the day before before 13:00. We cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered on the right day, but we can guarantee that it will leave our warehouse correctly. In 99% of the cases we deliver the next day.

Please note that in busier periods, such as November and December, delivery times may increase.

How bad for your dog or cat that the food was delivered late. We ship all orders placed before 4 p.m. the same day, in most cases they are delivered the next day. However, we are not responsible for delays or problems within the environments of the shipping companies. In case of problems, we do our best to come to appropriate solutions for all parties. However, late delivery does not entitle you to commercial compensation.

Boss tip: don't wait to order until you see the bottom of your bag or feed barrel ;-)
