Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? First of all, we apologize for this inconvenience. We would like to solve it for you as soon as possible: so please contact us at (contact page link) and let us know what went wrong.

We would like to receive pictures of:

  • The damaged or wrong product,
  • the protective material used if there was any (inside of the box),
  • the outside of the box,
  • and finally a picture of a clearly legible shipping label.

Mistakes are human, but we like to resolve them as quickly as possible. If something went wrong through our fault, we will of course provide a free solution.

Whether you were trying new food or your four-legged friend suddenly seems cross and won't eat his food ... it makes for stressful situations.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot take back packages that have already been opened. Perhaps you can make another four-legged friend happy with this? Even a shelter will accept the food with open arms.
  • Did you buy more bags and are they in unopened, good condition? Then we will gladly take them back. Please take into account a return fee of 7.50 euros.

To initiate a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note, items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are sorry that the item does not meet your needs. Therefore, you can return an item at any time within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.


  • The article must be unopened and therefore in its original packaging.
  • The return costs are 7,50 euros and will be deducted from the refund.

All products must be in original, unopened condition.

If your return is approved after our review, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within the statutory 14-day period. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If your return is not accepted, we will notify you.
