Wolves hunt their prey in the Rocky Mountains of North America, the Arctic tundra, the mountains and forests of Europe, and the deserts and steppes of Central Asia. They feed on meat and nutrient-rich offal, as well as vegetables, fruits, berries, roots, and herbs through the stomach contents of their prey. This does not include grains. This is how wolves get the vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and phytochemicals they need. Because the wolf is the ancestor of all dogs, our Wolfsblut wet food is based on the natural eating habits of the wolf. It contains plenty of meat or fish combined with superfoods that contain valuable ingredients - and just like in nature, it is completely grain-free. Our selection of exceptional meats and nutrient-rich superfoods is based on the wolf's habitat and colorful diet. Wolfsblut offers each dog a unique and original diet, and with its variety, there is something for everyone.
Grey Peak Small Breed dry food combines the wolf's diet with the latest science on good dog nutrition.

- Potatoes: Potatoes provide complex carbohydrates and fiber, are low in fat, and contain 15 different vitamins, minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorus, as well as high levels of potassium, vitamins B and C.
- Sweet potatoes: One of the most nutritious vegetables, according to the U.S. health agency CSPI, because of their valuable fiber and high levels of beta-carotene and vitamin E.
- Squash: One of the least caloric vegetables, it is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, minerals, and phytosterols. The fiber it contains makes it highly digestible and aids digestion.
- Jerusalem Artichoke: is rich in inulin, which has a prebiotic effect and stimulates the growth of healthy strains of bacteria in the gut. A healthy gut flora has a positive effect on the immune system.
- Blackberries: These berries are especially rich in magnesium and iron. Blackberries are also high in provitamin A and vitamin E.
- Elderberries: These black-blue berries contain anthocyanins and high levels of vitamin C and folate. The pigment sambucyanin may also have anti-inflammatory properties.
- Aronia berries: Aronia contains high levels of phytochemicals that may have special health benefits, such as flavonoids and phenolic acid.
- Flaxseed: The fiber and mucilage in these small grains help with digestion and are high in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
- Dandelion: It is rich in minerals such as magnesium, folic acid, manganese, and vitamin K. This vitamin plays an important role in blood clotting.
- Fennel: It is rich in essential oils that are good for digestion and intestinal health. It also contains vital nutrients such as potassium, vitamin A, folic acid, vitamin C, and silica.
