Wolves hunt in the Rocky Mountains of North America, the Arctic tundra, the mountains and forests of Europe, and the deserts and steppes of Central Asia. They eat meat and nutrient-rich offal, as well as vegetables, fruits, berries, roots, and herbs from the stomach contents of their prey. This does not include grains. This is how wolves get the vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and phytochemicals they need. Because the wolf is the ancestor of all dogs, our Wolfsblut dry food is based on the natural eating habits of the wolf. It contains plenty of meat or fish combined with superfoods that provide valuable nutrients - and, just like in nature, it is completely grain-free. Our selection of exceptional meats and nutrient-rich superfoods is based on the wolf's habitat and colorful diet. Wolfsblut offers each dog a species-specific and original diet, and with the variety of species, there is something for everyone that they can tolerate. The formula of Down Under Adult combines the nutrition of the wolf with the latest scientific knowledge about good dog nutrition.

Sweet Potatoes: According to the CSPI, sweet potatoes are one of the most nutritious vegetables because of their valuable fiber and high levels of beta-carotene and vitamin E.
Potatoes: They provide complex carbohydrates and fiber, are low in fat, and contain 15 different vitamins, minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorus, as well as high levels of potassium, vitamins B and C.
Squash: One of the least caloric vegetables, it is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, minerals and phytosterols. The fiber it contains makes it highly digestible and aids digestion.
