Frama Probiotics Plus can be used for:
- Impaired intestinal function
- Flatulence or abdominal bloating
- After antibiotic treatment (antibiotics kill beneficial bacteria as well as bad germs)
- After a worm cure
- To support the resistance
Prebiotics are simply food for good bacteria living in your gut. By feeding the good bacteria, they increase in number and the bad bacteria will decrease in numbers. After the bad bacteria decline, the good bacteria can grow back to their original numbers by being able to inhabit the entire gut again.
Good gut bacteria ensure proper acidity in the intestines and contribute to proper food digestion by producing enzymes. By administering high-dose good intestinal bacteria, bad bacteria are counteracted. As a result, intestinal cells will be in top condition.
This formula contains several sources of food for bacteria, namely:
- FOS: fructo-oligosaccharides -> FOS occurs in this blend in the form of a chicory fibre, this is a fermentable prebiotic. It lowers pH and produces butyric acid. Butyric acid is a short-chain fatty acid, one with huge impact on our overall health.
- MOS: Mannan-Oligosaccharides -> MOS we get from Leiber biolex MB40. It is a non-fermentable prebiotic. MOS binds to the cell walls of bad bacteria, preventing them from adhering to the intestinal wall. In addition, MOS provides immune system support.
- GOS: Galacto - Oligosaccharides -> GOS are fermented slowly. They stimulate the growth of bifidobacteria (probiotic bacteria).
The bacteria in probiotics are good bacteria. In fact, they produce certain acids that eliminate the bad bacteria.
Here 2 authorised sources:
- Bacillus Subtilis C-3102 -> This spore-forming probiotic works on the basis of oxygen consumption, enzyme production and competitive exclusion.
- Lactobacillus Acidophillus CECT 4529 -> This bacterium is a gram positive, non-spore-forming bacterium that mainly produces lactic acid.
In addition, Probiotica Plus is supplemented with a number of very strong supporting raw materials:
- Yeasts: in the form of Diamond V -> This product consists of fermentation products, remnants of yeast cells (saccharomyces cerevisiae) and the growth medium used during the fermentation process. In other words, these provide support probiotics. Diamond V is derived from Saccharomyces Cerevisiae. This yeast culture consists of the yeast itself, the nutrient medium on which the yeasts grow and the metabolic products (metabolites) the yeasts make. It stimulates the bacteria involved in the digestion of, and utilisation of, feed.
- Clinoptilolite: this is a type of clay that is important for binding mycotoxins and heavy metals and removing them from the body.
- Pectins: these are a source of polygalacturonic acid (76%). They have a direct effect on defecation.
- Zinc in the form of glycinate. This is zinc bound to glycine, glycine being the smallest amino acid, so it is immediately recognised by the body and thus follows a different pathway. Zinc glycinate is very quickly absorbed compared to all other sources of zinc. Zinc deficiency leads to disturbed, unnatural gut flora. So it is very important to definitely provide this. Zinc also supports mucous membranes.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients and discontinue treatment immediately in case of allergic reaction. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. If in doubt, consult your pet shop or vet.
Nutrients will be better absorbed and the general condition will improve.
Tip: Also use Frama Best for Pets Psyllium Husk, which provides additional support for intestinal function.
